Three backends, one interface
Use Trilium (default), Obsidian, or Notion. Same MCP tools, same discipline. Switch with one env var.
Discipline baked in
Claude is required to cite when consulting, verify before recommending, and write decisions with what / why / evidence — not opinions.
Optional transcript scanning
Mine your past Claude sessions for repeated corrections — turn them into Standards you only have to teach once.
Claude Code’s built-in MEMORY.md is great for short personal preferences, but it doesn’t scale to dozens of apps and hundreds of standards. A real notes backend does — and most people already have one (Trilium, Obsidian, Notion).
This plugin closes the gap. Claude reads your knowledge base before acting, writes back when something noteworthy happens, and the discipline rules stop it filling the brain with noise.
